Urinary incontinence is one of the most common functional pathologyfor women during the preand postmenopausalperiods [1]. Urethral hypermobility is the main anatomic abnormality in the pathogenesis of incontinent women [2]. Tension-free vaginal tape (TVT) is a commonly performed surgical technique for stress urinary incontinence (SUI). It ensures a suburetral vaginal hammock and its short-term results confirms that TVT procedure is a safe and effective technique, when performed alone [3,4].
